Key cutting to resume

We are pleased to advise that we are resuming key cutting.

At this point, we are only doing so via a collection and delivery service, and we are unable to cut automotive keys.

We will call at your home or workplace, and put a tub by your door. We will step away, and ask you to put the key(s) into the tub, along with detailed instructions. All keys must be removed from their keyrings, so we are only given the keys which need duplicating.

We will return to the workshop, where we will use Dettol liquid on your keys before we handle them. We will then cut your keys as per your instructions. Having finished this, we will treat the new keys with Dettol, to ensure you are not at risk. We will then put each of your keys onto a new keyring, along with all its duplicates, and all then placed inside a bag.

We will then contact you for payment details. Having completed that, we will deliver the keys back to you, along with your receipt. We will either post these through the letterbox, or place them outside your door, and wait for you to collect them.

The cost for this collection & delivery service is £5 in postcodes PO1-PO10 + PO15 & PO16, and £10 for other mainland PO postcodes, plus the cost of the keys.
